New Mat

Scamp has a new mat. He has run round with it, scratched, tried to dig a hole in it and chewed it. Having passed all these rigorous tests the mat has now been accepted.

We had proper snow when I was a girl. We also had a lot of snow when I was at college.

My New Year Resolution is this.....
Every time I'm asked to do something or I am criticized by anybody, especially my sons . I shall reply "Don't forget I shall be 60 next year." I hope to gain sympathy and support in this way.
Just after I took this photo of Scamp and Bagpus having a cuddle the Christmas tree fell over. Scamp was terrified and had to sit on my knee for nearly ten minutes. Fine now. Normally Scamp wont sit on my knee. Its hopeless having a dog that won't sit on your knee. Still he doesn't get in the way much.
